1  Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2  Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

• Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days.

• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3  Shipping Charges

• We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract a nominal handling fee, displayed at checkout.

4  Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use it on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time. If you face any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at keshorahair@gmail.com.

5  Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate and complete.

• Keshora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or refusing the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6  Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at keshorahair@gmail.com or +91 7069696361. Kindly share your order ID and supporting photographs so that we can assist you promptly.

7  International Shipping

Currently, Keshora ships only within India. We are working on expanding our delivery network to other countries soon.
