At Keshora, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every product before dispatch. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

1  Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or tampered with.

• You have received a wrong product or incorrect quantity.

• The product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2  Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

• Products without original packaging, seal, or invoice.

• Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged).

3  How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please email us at keshorahair@gmail.com or call +91 7069696361 within 7 days of delivery. Kindly share the following:

• Order ID and registered name.

• Reason for return.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging (in case of damage or wrong item).

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

4  Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer to the account details shared by the customer.

5  Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may follow our return process if eligible.
